Dutch Olympian Madiea Ghafoor has been limited for eight and a half years for fix sneaking and supervising.
Ghafoor, 27, struggled at the Rio Olympics in 2016 in the 4x400m hand-off.
She was done at a standard periphery check in Germany in June, when she was found to have £2m worth of arrangements in the boot of her vehicle.
Ghafoo appeared at Kleve District Court on Monday and told the court she thought she was passing on doping materials.
